The place

Joy By The Sea is a static caravan on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, on the Durham Heritage Coast — minutes through the dunes to the only stretch of sand dunes on the County Durham coast. Ten minutes to Hartlepool's historic quayside, fifteen to the ancient woods of Castle Eden Dene. The beach is dog-friendly all year. Mornings start with the electric fire on and a brew on the decking.
